Please report non-delivery of an order WITHIN 10 days of placing said order. We will be happy to provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the investigation of lost items with and subsequent claims against the shipping company concerned.
Wherever possible, great care is taken to ensure goods reach you in perfect condition. However, if an item is broken or leaking, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt and we shall replace it, subject to availability, as soon as possible.
If an item is faulty, it will be replaced. If you wish to claim a refund, please return the item concerned complete with its original packaging. The refund will cover the cost of the item ONLY, not any shipping costs involved.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace an item where the packaging of an item is damaged, but the integrity of the contents therein remains intact and fit for purpose.
We will not reimburse any shipping costs involved. This does not affect your statutory rights.
